Dedham Housing Authority BoardThe Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low-income residents through State and Federal programs, as defined by Dedham Town Charter Section 3-12. Board MembersThe Housing Authority Board has has five members, four of whom are elected to 5-year terms, with an equal number of terms expiring each year as is feasible. Town elections are held annually on the second Saturday of April. The fifth member is appointed by the State.
Board MeetingsBoard Meetings are typically scheduled for the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held at the Administrative Offices at 163 Dedham Blvd. or remote via ZOOM and starts at 5:00 pm. Public meeting dates and times are posted at Town Hall at least 48 hours before each meeting in compliance with the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law. Meeting notices will also be posted on this website. |
